The Network tab gives you detailed information about the network activity for a specific program. The amount of data sent/received, current transfer rate and a history graph showing recent activity are all provided. The network connections are also listed, so you can see where the data is going. To view the individual network packets entering/leaving in real-time click the 'View Traffic' button.
